This class will cover toxic mold, what it is, and the impact that toxic mold has on insurance. We'll talk about the harmful effects of toxic mold, and what conditions it tends to thrive in. You'll learn about the evolution of toxic mold claims in the United States, and how to protect yourself as an insurance professional from liability around toxic mold claims. We'll also address the differences between direct and indirect claims. Our final test will reinforce the important concepts you learn in this course!
