This 3 Hour course will meet your one-time Certification Requirements to start selling Flood Insurance in the state of Vermont.
In the course, you'll learn about the history of the National Flood Insurance Program, and how flood zones are categorized. We'll look at how to use flood zone maps, and what insurance products are available for homes at risk. We'll also cover community participation and how that affects flood zone policies. Your course tuition includes the required $1.50/hr reporting fee required by the state.
